Dear Chuck, Tony, EZ Cool, Dennis, Jim, Kevin, and mid-60s Buick owners who pay attention to the weather,
-18 degrees for us this morning.
. . . .
Here in California we are in a mid-winter heatwave after a previous week of cool and wet weather. There is a ridge of high pressure to our east which means the winds blow from land to shore and compress along the way. That warms things up. The nights are cold (lower 40s) but we are expected to get into the lower 60s by the end of the week. Last Saturday we reached 65? F.
It was really super cool viewing the Super Blood Wolf Moon at midnight.
Well I did try, but most of our eclipse was "liquid" in variety as we had one last round of rain. We even had a bit of icy eclipse - hail! I had hoped to get my camera out and catch something, but cameras and rain don't mix!
Cheers, Edouard
