Not bad!
But boy, it needs a good cleaning!
If the paint has surface rust and staining, give it a good scrubbing with a mild abrasive like Bon Ami or Comet. You will be surprised at how well it works.
What is the vacuum can for? is it part of the AC system, or maybe a vacuum trunk release?
That's a 66 valve cover on the drivers side...
And I'll guess that bell is a 60's era car alarm.

I think they are from the rear seat of a 4-door Skylark.  Pretty cool!

This is the deluxe armrest in my 65 Skylark (I'm driving it today :o)

Those are definitely the rear arm rests from a '65 Skylark 4-door.  I have parted out several and they all had the arm rest with the ash tray in it.  The short ones that someone referred to came in the Specials.  That arm rest with the ash tray will bolt right onto the front doors like it came there--probably was done because they couldn't find a decent pair of front ones anywhere.

Thanks Joe,
Looking at the chrome it looks like I'm stealing these from the 4-door to put in the GS.
They have been turned already, but they look pretty good!

My 65 Wagon has no rear door armrests- lowest trim Special
