Does anyone have photos of the factory heater hose brackets installed on both 300 & 401 cars?

I really could use some reference pictures & any other info you have. Thanks!

I found some factory illustrations but I’d like to see an actual photo of the hose brackets installed.

Does anyone have them on their car? They’re factory correct, no?

Dear Dan and 65GS.com "seekers of engine bay harmony." . . . .

I found some factory illustrations but I’d like to see an actual photo of the hose brackets installed.

Does anyone have them on their car? They’re factory correct, no?

Have you thought of sending Mike Jones a PM and asking if he could take this sort of photo for you?

After all he just got an award for his unrestored 1965 GS:

The only heater hose bracket I recall for a '65 Gran Sport is on an AC equipped car.  It is a bracket for the heater valve mounted on the passenger side front intake manifold bolt.  I don't recall any heater hose brackets on a non AC '65 Gran Sport.

The brackets in the attached view from the Assembly Manual are the ones that I'd like to have.  If anyone has them available or knows of a source, please let me know.

Thanks!

Hey Chuck... keep on me; today is Pats cataract surgery and then the rest of the week is hit-n-miss. I may have saved the brackets from the V6 if they'd be any help. That's just like the 340 CI with the dist. in the front. Just about everything up front lines up with later SBB and BBBs for reference. Due diligence... just let me know... Bill

If you still have them, Bill, I'd love to see them.  I'll play nag next week.... :laughing7:

All the best for Pat's surgery and your caregiving!

Brackets ??? I've never ever seen brackets like that before, and I've parted out Skylarks and larger series Buick's in scrapyards and here at home. If there is such a thing someone please post a photo of the set.

Have the front ‘bracket’ on my non-ac car. Actually more like just a short piece of metal with a hole in it. The bracket is bolted to the intake manifold. The ac cars use the hole in the intake manifold for the bracket that holds the compressor/alternator. Have never seen a rear bracket.

I have the rear bracket. Not on the car right now. I'll dig it up and post a pic.

Looking for both the front and rear brackets!

Also, anyone have a picture of the 300 brackets installed?

Thanks!

This is the rear bracket. I swear I have the front one too, but I'm going to have to dig deeper in the archive.
