I can't tell you how glad and surprised that I am to hear that.
It may be that he was that clueless or that he just didn't look at the frame that close.
We perceive people to have a level of knowledge and judgement based on whatever, but who knows.
Bottom line is both of you were reasonable and worked it out.  He's doing his best to make it right and both of you are happy.
Great news since stories like this one cause me to doubt my trust of people based on how this started.
Faith restored.

I for one am also very happy to see this situation beiong resolved to all party's satisfaction. I have spoken via phone with Dennis a couple of times prior to all this occuring. Based upon those conversations, it was my sincere belief that he would rectify the problem.

I refrained from sticking my nose in during the process, since it seemed to be moving towards a mutually satisfying conclusion, albeit a little slowly at time.

Kudos to both party's for staying on the high road throughout.  :occasion14: :occasion14:
