I am looking for a clean rear emblem between the tail lights for a 65 skylark or gs. I also would be interested in a clean hood ornament....lol....I know.

Hi Loren,
Don't  get me started....I got banned for a year from v8 buick because I mentioned something about Henry Ford and the mother of invention.....seriously,they said it was a political post and shut me off. I am usually pretty careful about saying anything bad about anyone because knowing what we are doing has always been a part-time job for anybody trying something new. I really appreciate all the input and tech info I have gathered from this site. Here is a pic of my current stage....I have been putting this car off too long, but I am slowly making forward progress, Dan

Thanks,
I fired it up ,but I did not let it run too long. I want to take it outside and hook a garden hose to it. I' ve built a lot of Chevys, but this is the first nail I have ever owned. My dad was working on these in Flint in 65. In fact, if you ever had a Flint built car with scribbles on the inside of the lower quarter panels is was probably his writing. I have found one this way myself,so I know it is one of the few times he isn't storying me. Anybody else seen any writing in there?
