Please let us all know how this turns out.

We've been waiting for years to get some decent quarter panel replacement panels and I know that Wolf has talked about taking this project on for sometime now.

If they are what they claim to be, I'll be a customer myself and buy a pair.

Thanks,

Chris

I just ordered a set. I don't want to cut up my parts car for these, and I nibbled off the rusted area way back when I bought my '65 in '90...not realizing that patch panels were not available!

Hey Steve,

Please let us know how they fit. I am about to start repairing my 65 post sedan and I would like to use those for at least one sid and maybe both. Otherwise I am going to cut apart the back half of a four door that is sitting in my trailer.

I will let the forum know how they look and fit. Robin at Wolf said the interest has been very high since they offered them for sale.

Hopefully they recognize the demand for these and look at also making the the dog legs and wheel openings eventually.

It good to finally see something on the market as the poor supply of good quarter panels has sent many 65 GS's, Skylarks and Specials to the scrap yard.

Joe.. you know that you'll need a set eventually for that "next" 65.   :laughing7:

We all keep saying "no more" however another car always seems to find it's way into our garage.

I'm glad to see another 65 related part come to market since this will probably help save some cars from going to the bone yard.

Hum, went back and looked at the picture of the patches again and the shape of the bottom where it spot welds to the trunk drop off looks too straight. I hope I am wrong....

Any news on fit yet? Brian on V8Buick ordered a set, but I think he has been too busy to try them on a car.

Disclaimer: I am not a body man, nor a welder.

I got my set, and they look good to me, plenty of material to cover where I hacked my rusty area off years ago. They will serve my needs quite well, even if I have to do some work for fit and finish.

So far this sounds really good.

Any pictures to share?

What would really good to see is a picture of the panel up next to the car so we all can check out how well they fit and follow the body lines.

Thanks,

Chris
