I really would like to bid on this GS nailhead exhaust manifold, BUT the seller has zero sales on Ebay. Is this anyone here?

At $20.00 it is a steal. He does take paypal and we all have to start somewhere. I'm surprised he has no buying rating as well. That does lead one to wonder about the seller.
