So what is a fair price for one in that condition. I have one but did not know what to ask for it. Thanks Bill.

 Bill,
How you doing? See you at the swap in March in the Lancaster Event Center?
Like everything, what market will bare. I picked one up along with a pair of nice headlight doors for considerably less a while back. Guess I was lucky by that price.

Bill,

I think that they're only worth around $10.00 but I'm willing to give you $15.00 if you sell it to me really quick!  :)

On a more serious note, back when prices were outta control, I'd heard rumors of one going for $600.  I've personally seen them exchange hands for around $150 - $300 however I could see how someone with an early car needing one badly enough to complete a restoration would pay considerally more for one just to finish their project.

I thought this was a good deal considering it's near NOS quality (had been of the car for a very long time).  I've had a couple of guys tell me that they took them off their cars and replaced them with the newer style badge years ago since the newer style stood out more.  With this said, it wouldn't surprise me if there are more sitting around on garage shelves somewhere.

Loren good to here from you. Yes I am planning on going to the Lincoln swap meet. I would like to meet and talk. I will PM you a week before and get your cell # and give you mine and we can plan on meeting. Thanks Bill.

Chris, your offer is high, the last guy offered $5.00! Tthanks for the info. I am not trying to get rich off one part just fair price. soiund like $150/300 range. The one I have is nice not perfect, but not pitted and chrome is nice, needs the red repainted. It has the mounting plates and the back and studs are not pitted or festered up. I have a later 65 and have no use for it other than a dispay item and am trying to reduce my items. I guess I will get around and put it on here or V8 for $200.00 including the shipping and see if someone wants it. Thanks Bill.

 :wave:Bill,
Sounds like a plan. It's only a month away. Are you vending?
I imagine it will be even better this year after the move last year. First year after a move seems to usually have a little negative effect.
