24,000 mile gs from Hemmings
« on: January 18, 2011, 07:44:03 PM »
Not many like this around.  This month there is an ad  in Hemmings which directs the reader to this website.  I kept checking the site but the car wasn't on there until recently.   Not cheap.

Last month Hemmings had a 4spd for $26,000.

This was discussed when it was on eBay. See http://65gs.com/board/index.php/topic,852.0.html

Love all those options though. In fact, they blinded me to the front bumper.

I see a bumper from a Special, kind of makes you wonder how that bumper made it onto a 24,000 mile car.   :confused3:

My guess is that this car was a 24,000 mile wreck (looks like the front) and it's been fixed with the wrong bumper.

Anyone notice the condition of the weatherstripping around the door?  Looked pretty bad for a "well kept" 24,000 mile car but would be expected if the car sat outside in the desert all these years.
