Considering taking the plunge again.
« on: April 23, 2010, 10:01:56 PM »
Hello Everyone,
I was a Buick junkie for 24 years. I owned a 64 Buick Special and a 87 Grand National 17 of those years. The Grand National was destroyed in an accident in 99 and I sold the 64 Special in 2004.

I would have never sold the Special, but I turned it into a tubbed race car to participate in the World Street Shootout series. After that it was just never the same love. I have always said that if I had not tubbed that car, I would still be driving it. I used to absolutely love it.

So here I am with two strong purchase candidates in mind and I am trying to decide if I should take the plunge again.

Welcome!
You know that you need to buy one of the cars.   Then another after that.

      Welcome !

Once that Buick bug bites you there is no cure..... Just give into the urge, buy another 64 and soon after that You will be filling up your garage with Buick parts and another Buick or two or more!!!! Just like the rest of us Buick collectors.

Thanx everyone. I am enjoying the 65 every bit as much as I thought I would. The car is truly the nicest driving car I have ever owned.
