Brake booster

Which brake booster is correct for the gs I've  seen pictures with cad  plated and painted  the full size were painted.Jim

They should be plated in the gold!

Jon is right, the technical term is zinc dichromate plating. Also known as Gold Iridite.  The ones that you've seen that appear to be cadmium plated I believe are just aged zinc dichromate that have lost some of their gold color over time.

Hi, on car now the brakes work but pedal seems hard checking for vacuum leaks etc. Does anyone know the dimension of the j-7723-01push rod gauging tool .pushrod should be out just far enough to keep the master cylinder plunger off the snap ring right .??? Jim
