Air filter size
« on: May 02, 2022, 10:26:13 AM »
I ordered and received a air filter to use in my pancake housing. The housing is off of a 1963 or 1964 Riviera, the filter that arrived is too big. The housing for a Riviera is the same size as a Skylark GS, right? I ordered the filter for a 1965 Skylark GS on EBay and they are wanting a rating and I am going to mention the miss fit if I am correct.

Correct, same housing used for '65-'66 Gran Sport other than the direction the snorkel points. The '63 and '64 Riviera used the same air cleaner as the "65 Gran Sport. The '65 Riviera non GS, used a different air cleaner.
