I have a grille that was replated.  Most of it looks excellent, but the plater didn't clean up the intersection of the horizontal bars and the verticals.  So there are some pits at that intersection.

There was also cracks in three of the lower verticals on the back after return from plating.  It's been JB welded and is solid.

If interested, PM me and I'll send pictures.

Hi Chuck.
Sure, sounds great. I was on v8buick and emailed Les, the guy with the grill but as of right now I am 3rd in line. If you could send me some pics, that would be great. I got the car running like a bat outta hell but now I am looking for something to bring back the sparkle to the front end.
Thanks, Lou

I'll try to get some pictures up today or tomorrow.  Have a family birthday celebration today, so limited time.

Pictures attached.  In one you can see what it would look like with the black GS accents added.  The JB weld repairs show, but those areas are also painted black on a GS grille, so they would be far less noticeable.  With a little more work on them before paint they would look very nice.

So, clean up the JB weld a bit, mask and paint black GS accents and mask and paint silver on leading edge and this will be an imperfect, but nicer than most grille.

Asking the same price as the one on V8Buick...$600 plus shipping.  I understand shipping these is cause for concern, so perhaps could find a way to avoid it.
