F Y I - New BUICK book! from GMs Motorama to 87 Turbo GNX
« on: January 30, 2022, 11:59:09 AM »
Since we just had our first major snow storm of the season here in NYC, I'm at my desk catching up on my reading. I was just reading Antique Automobile Nov/Dec 2021 on page 100 under the title new books there is a new Buick book out called Buick's "Flint Flyers", by author Kenneth W. Kayser he worked for GM for 40 years. The article says "Skylark & Gran Sport History, From GM's 53 Motorama Skylark Dream Car to the Turbocharged GNX".
I went on the publishers website tachometerpublishing.com and read the author's biography and I was very impressed. The book is 656 pages 11"X 8.5" softcover 682 b/w & 369 color prints. The book costs $ 90.00 directly from the publisher. The book review was written by BCA member Helen Hutchings.
