300 distributor hold down bracket

Hi Buick People,
I'm having some trouble with my distributor hold down bracket .
Looks like I ordered one with my motor parts and it was wrong, furthermore cannot seem to find my original.
I'm guessing it never came home after the rebuild. Can any one please send a photo of the bracket to confirm I have the wrong one, and the possibility of me making one.

I'm sure you can make that bracket work if you have no other choice.

Your bracket looks exactly like the one I pulled off of a 1965 300 engine

Firstly I have to say how amazing it is to post a question, sit down and have breakfast and see I have two responses.  Very helpful.
I need to have another try, the bolt hole just doesn't look right to line up with the female thread.

Found the problem, the new timing cover I put on has a different cast shape to the original.
I'll have to make something work.
