Remembering the Fallen
« on: May 31, 2021, 06:29:38 AM »
Another Memorial Day, and remembering those that gave their lives so that the lives of others could be better.

Enjoy the day with loved ones and say a prayer for those that did not survive during service to their country.

Chuck, what a great post to start this very special day. Clearly expresses the meaning of this holiday. Couldn't have been stated any better.

Yes I second that! I have been to Arlington! I believe a flag is placed on every fallen persons resting spot!

Dear Chuck, Kevin, 65GSConv, Jon, Dan, Jim, Jim, and mid-60s Buick owners and patriots,

Another Memorial Day, and remembering those that gave their lives so that the lives of others could be better.

Enjoy the day with loved ones and say a prayer for those that did not survive during service to their country.

By all means 2x!!  :icon_thumright:

Although, here in Northern California something else just fell that I would have preferred to avoid.  The forecast high for today was 90° F.  The temperature just exceeded that and it is only 11am!!

I know that Memorial day is the unofficial start of summer but let us not overdue!!  . . .

Cheers, Edouard
