Wiper motor
« on: April 25, 2021, 10:08:01 AM »
Hi all.
Reading all the posts on the wiper/washer and I was wondering what the trick is to remove the entire assembly.   The 2 speed wipers work but the pump doesn't spray fluid.  Checked the switch and voltage and the pump is getting power.  I think maybe I need to replace the diaphram but can't get to all the screws to remove the small cover.  It looks like I need to remove the entire assembly.  I removed the 3 screws to the firewall but can't pull out the wiper motor assemby.
Tips?
Btw.  I purchased the washer bottle from OPGI as well as the hose kit.
Plastic washer bottle is a great item.  The hose kit does not fit the Skylark.  PN#WJK001 is the number they suggest but hoses are too short and the one from tank to pump is the wrong diameter.  Customer service was great and they did refund my $ but just wanted to get that out there.

Bill,
I repaired my 2 speed motor pump last year. You do not have to remove motor, just the pump.
