Body Mount Bolt Torque
« on: December 24, 2020, 12:36:55 PM »
The assembly manual calls for 25 ft-lb min. torque on the bolts that fasten the body mounts between the frame and body.  Any experience or advice on how tight to go with these?  Especially with a convertible with a much more flexible body, is it advisable to make them much tighter to avoid flex and movement of the doors to the body, for example?  I'd like to make sure this is correct before final adjustment of the doors.

Merry Christmas!
