Interesting the trans has the cast iron side cover. In my experience, that was only used on the very late built cars and as a service replacement. Most came with a di-cast AL side cover. The earlier T10s had a sand cast AL side cover, but that was pre-64.
Wow, that is a late one!....WG75 2 decodes to a July 7, 1965, 2nd shift.
Mine is a WG65 2, or July 6th. Car was assembled in the final weeks, 3rd week of August 1965.

Jon, do you have your own hot tank or do you take it to a shop? And what is your ultrasonic setup? We have a Crest Ultrasonic console at work, but we use it for optics.... no way I can use it for car parts!
