Junction block to starter motor cable

Anyone have a source for the special cable with the double-cloth insulation on it going from the junction block to the starter motor on a '65 GS? 
'64 Skylark 2dr ht 4 speed, 300-4
'65 GS ht, 4 speed,2-4s,AC,PS,PB,PW,Pseat,Tilt
'66 Skylark 2dr ht 300-2 automatic
'78 Yamaha DT 400 2 stroke
'88 Ford F-150 4x4 (used to be 4x2)
'89 Ford F-350 4x4
'03 Honda Accord Coupe V6 6-speed manual (daily driver)

Brian,

I and a friend had M&H make our engine and front lamp wiring harness. My friend with a '66 GS also ordered the starter to junction block cable. Took a couple of months to get though. Everything was perfect. However, now when I go to their website, I cannot find that particular cable listed. Might be worth contacting them.

Year One has them for sale. They are drop shipped from the manufacturer. If I'm not mistaken, that might be M&H.
