Antenna plastic hold down nut for a 65 skylark
« on: June 04, 2019, 07:43:54 PM »
Hi,
My 65 Skylark antenna nut threads are pretty smoothed out & the antenna is loose.
Does anyone make a repop?

Thanks,
Jim

I see them pop up on eBay from time to time.  The only one I see now is this one from Fusick and I'm not certain that it fits.  You might want to give them a call to get more pictures to confirm.

Thanks Chuck, I called Fusick this morning and unfortunately the nut they show does not protrude down past the base. The one I have has an extra 1/2"

It is a bit pricey, found it right after my previous post. I ended up pulling the trigger on it. Better than switching the antenna.
Thanks guys for the help.
