Just wondering what everyones using for exhaust manifold gaskets ?
Is there a steel shim gasket or just use what ever comes in the gasket set . My manifolds are getting a fresh machined cut on the face so they will be nice and flat .
Thanks in advance

Machined flat, no gaskets.
Better heat transfer, less likely to crack, and no worry of leaks from deteriorating gaskets.

Hi,
You can use a smear of copper silicone to help any irregularities of the 2 surfaces.
