As far as I know the first year for OEM AM/FM radios was 1966. Is yours an aftermarket radio ? Maybe a picture would help.

In 1965 you could get a Delco AM/FM radio in the big Buicks but not in Skykarks/Specals etc. Dans right, in 1966 they became an available option for the Skylark sized cars. Can you post a picture of the radio?
