Steel wheels with dog dish

Was there an option for dog dish on steelies for the 66 Gran Sport?

The full wheel covers with spinner were standard, wire wheel covers and rally wheels were optional.
Dog dish caps, I suppose, could have been put on by the dealer if the customer requested it.

I might have a challenge finding the correct JK coded wheels in good condition???

A local friend has offered up a set of steel wheels and I have a NOS set of dog dish, just thinking it might be an alternative.
