Hi Dan,
The front lens screws are (by AMK measuring rules) 8-32 x 1 1/8 oval head machine screws. See picture below. They appear to be a sort of matte finish stainless material.
AMK has a few options, but only one that I think will work well. On this AMK page:
https://www.amkproducts.com/bulk2.asp?code=7325&title=Machine+Screws+-+Oval+HeadThe 8-32 x 1 1/8" screw they have is B-11685 in Chrome/Stainless. And in the catalog is says it's for 71-72 Chevelle parking lights. Only problem is the head is too small at .26" OD. The screws we need have a .31 OD head. AMK has these in both 1" and 1 1/4" lengths, but not 1 1/8". I did a trial assembly using new lenses and gaskets and found the originals allow about 1/8" of surplus length for starting to engage the threads. So I think the 1" length might be a bit hard to get started. While the 1 1/4" length is longer, it has a pointed end, so I think the actual length of the threads will be about the same as on the original with a flat end. So, I'd recommend AMK B-13688 on page 121 of the catalog. The screws will be a bit shinier than the originals, but they are attaching chrome plated bezels, so I think they'll look just fine.
Hope this helps; good luck!
Chuck
