Looks good Dan. I am in the process of putting together some of the extra pieces from my parts cars and I will be restoring some of these small pieces. Just so everyone knows...it would cost nearly Dan's starting bid to recolor and rechrome an original hood ornament if you had a fairly clean original core. I tried to pick up an extra original from a guy that was in poor condition and he would not take less than $200 for it with damaged foils and very pitted chrome. I have sent out four nice cores to the plater and still need to see if we get the foils back in one piece. As earlier mentioned this is a delicate operation and time consuming even after they are removed. I still need to send them to Loren and find out what his timeline is on doing them.
