Spark Plug Wires and Boots

I'm looking for spark plug wire boots and wires if anyone has any.
I can get the wires, but I need the boots, which are specific to nailhead.
Anyone have a part number?

The following was in my 1965 Buick Master Parts Catalogue
2.258   Nipple, Spark Plug Wire  #5289527
