What is the trim piece that goes below the rear window and around the base of the "C" pillar called? Thanks! :dontknow:

Sounds like you are referring to the trim on a '65 GS that is often called vinyl top trim.

That is the position it would occupy. Thanks Loren. I don't suppose that's for sale? I need that and the rear glass trim and one sail panel emblem. The friend I bought the car off of said they were stolen sometime during the cars long nap. If not, I'll get to posting in "Parts Wanted". Thanks :occasion14:

I may have a set , I'll have to check to be sure though. I should have the rear window trim also.
 As for the Gran Sport emblem, there may be a driver quality one in my parts collection.  They are reproduced and look good, but have noticed with the reproduction part that it is kind of soft and can be bent some.

Driver quality is fine as that is the plan for this dream boat. Could also use a right front headlight bezel. Please let me know what you have and prices, I really appreciate it. Already got the seats back from my upholstery guy. He's kinda retired, but whipped these out in about a week for me.  :icon_biggrin:

No problem Loren. Could I add one more thing to my wish list? I need the little push-button latch for the door on the console. I know it's keyed, but don't really care about the ability to lock it, just so it latches. Thank you again soooo much! :thumbsup:

Got the top trim,  rear window trim , R/H headlight door and console/ glove box lock. I don't have a decent sail panel Gran Sport emblem though.
