Under dash courtesy light - lenses?

Did the under dash courtesy lights come with lenses? Or just a bare bulb?

If they did come with lenses, can you post a picture?

Have not sean any lenses for the two lights on each side of the dash. Just the bare bulb. (fat round bulb)

Only the lower square lenses on convertibles, and the round lenses on cars with sail panel lights, and the rectangle roof light. (57, I think)

I didn't think so either - and I've never seen them.  I was placing an order from Ames Pontiac for some rear window corner trim and I saw them in their catalog and got confused.
