Here are some of the parts and services you might need if are restoring a 65 GS. Many of these will be applicable to 66 GS:

ENGINE:
Motor mounts for GS - these will need to be re-vulcanized, as originals or replacements are not available. Steele Rubber Products offers this service.

Doug at Buick Farm  offers new motor mounts .

J&C's Parts; Carmen Faso. Carmen has everything you need to rebuild a nailhead for a GS.

"Correct" (close) oil fill cap; Ames/N225F

FRAME & SUSPENSION:
Brake and fuel lines for GS; Inline Tube. They also made my stainless e-brake cables. I sent them my originals to duplicate, so they should fit your GS! I ordered originally lines from other well known line suppliers, none fit or looked like originals.

Upper control arm bushings; the threaded type correct for 65; Rare Parts - www.rareparts.com (don't know if these are still available)

Exhaust systems for GS, correct type; Gardner Exhaust Systems - www.gardnerexhaust.com/homepage.html

Springs; Espo Spring/C-CS-6197; C-CS-656

Lower steering column bearing; P/N CH28699, available from Original Parts Group

ENGINE COMPARTMENT:
Brakebooster and hood hinge plating; Steve Gregori - www.brakeboosters.com. Steve also does other plating for nuts, bolts, etc. clear zinc/black zinc/zinc dichromate

Power steering pump and box rebuilding; Lares Manufacturing - www.larescorp.com

Voltage regulators; need a dated one with correct "Delco Remy" stamped in the cover? - Masters City Corvette, John Pirkle
