'72 TH350 vs. '65 ST300

As I try to convert my 225/ST300 '65 Skylark to a '68 Buick 350/Super T-10 combo, I have come across a deal for a Buick TH350 for $150 as a bridge to at least get me into a V8 w/o having to deal with the switch pitch crap until I can collect all my parts for a proper 4-speed conversion.

Is this trans a bolt-in with the '68 350 without having to redo the driveshaft?

There are much sharper experts than me, but I think this will work just fine.  My trusty wagon was swapped from the factory ST-300 to a TH350 in 1979 without changing the drive shaft.  She was then swapped to a TH200-4R in 2013 still using the same factory drive shaft from 1965.  So unless one of our resident experts sees a problem, you can probably do this without any issues.
