67 GS Spotted
« on: September 10, 2017, 04:11:15 PM »
On our way into breakfast after church this morning, I spotted a 67 GS in the parking lot.  At least it has a GS badge on the grill; couldn't tell otherwise.  I'm not savvy about 67s  :dontknow:  At any rate, it's a 67 Skylark.  Not original, but in good shape and obviously well loved!

The fender, side trim, and lack of hood scoops points to it being a Special. The Special used the same grille as the GS.
Looks nicely done, I wonder what's under the hood?

Dear Chuck, Walt, and mid-60s Buick fans of "assertive" cars!

I wonder what's under the hood?

That's a problem when you see a car in a parking lot and have no idea what "mods" have been done to it.  I've toyed with the idea of creating a custom emblem based on later Buick muscle cars that would indicate to a "Buick connoisseur" that something "more" has been installed under the hood of my wagon!

Cheers, Edouard  :occasion14:
