I won't be able to check it out until September.
Glenwood is about 1.5-2 hours driving time from my place.

Mark,Haven't heard back from them and maybe a good thing. I'm looking at probley 14-15 hours one way.I don't need this,I don't need this,I don't need this.Oh well,haven't been on a good long hard road trip in a year or so and i do need to get out of the house more.

That's just too funny. The sad thing is, this car is about 6 hours from my front door, 5 if certain liberties are taken with speed limits. I regularly travel within 15 miles of this town too.

Wish I'd known about it two days ago, as I would've made the slight detour. Hmm, I can drive a tractor trailer into that town.................. ;D

The price is certainly right.  BTW, Tom, I will not step on your toes here. (but let us know if you get it ;) ) If Tom does not get it, I just might have to.  :D

Also, this car is not in Minneapolis, rather, it's about 2 hours northwest of there.

Tom,I haven't heard back from him so he must not be impressed with my offer.Be careful on this one and check it over good.When i talked to the owner i asked if he was sure it had a posi under it? Answer,That's what i was told.Asked if it was the original 401 motor? Answer,That's what i was told.Asked if the motor turned over? Answer,I was told it was frozen.The guy isn't trying to mis-represent the car and sounds honest but i think he knows more and playing dumb.He stated the guy he got the car from had a title but didn't want to take the time to look for it so your buying a parts car only. Tom, I doubt that I'll have the opportunity to look this car over in the coming weeks. I will keep it in mind should I have some extra time to detour that way!!
