Christmas break Wrangler project.  Not really what I wanted to be working on,  but gave me a chance to use the booth and barn in the cold to see how well it will heat.

Very nice!
What type of heating system do you have? I'm wondering how you keep the paint area warm while exhausting out the paint mist and fumes!

My 32x50 pole barn is packed full of cars, not much room to work in the off-season.
I'm seriously considering a(nother) garage addition... about 3 cars wide and 1-1/2 cars deep. It would be attached to the house and have a nice 2nd floor that could eventually be converted to bedrooms (for future owners), but will be used as a nice workshop for as long as I'm here.

For now the paint booth is heated with a globe style heater on top of propane tank. And as for air filtration I am trying to filter it. I used a squirrel cage fan in a box with filters on 2 sides. Did great for for the jeep as I didn't paint a bunch. It moves a ton of air so I have some different fans I am going to build boxes for with filters. They don't move as much air but with multiple ones it should do ok. If not the next step will be exhausted to outside.

What are you going to do with the old barn ?  Wish I could find an old shed or barn close to my place , that kind of lumber is bringing a premium around here .
That old rough sawn lumber is what i,m using for my interior walls on my buick/man cave shed .
