In the meantime this is the shifter and linkage I have for sale if you can use any of it. It was taken out of a 66 Gran Sport with consolette. There may not be a T handle on it anymore.

Thanks a bunch Jim. So, the Hurst shifter bolted right up with no modifications required? Other than maybe some adjustment of the hole in the shifter hump?

Yes, you have to massage the shifter opening. Mine was already done from the Indy shifter. Can't tell though, it's under the boot.

Mine has been relocated for the Muncie and I think it might just be OK as is. We'll see.....
