Seat Belt Restoration

Any reliable sources out there for refurbishing seat belts?  I'm aware of Ssnake Oyl; any others to consider?

There is a guy in Richmond, VA that did mine and I think Mark Ascher sent his there too.  I don't have his name or contact info handy, but Mark might since he just had his done a little over a year ago.  He does excellent work.
