This ebay car has the "racings' stripe option

This ebay car has two stripes.  You need to look close at the photos.  I wonder if this is the Wisconsin car that we have seen in the past?

I'd be interested in knowing the measurements if some on this site buys it.

Rob, yes its the same central Wisconsin car that we've seen before but now someone has put it together.
