Chuck,

The jacks parts are mostly generic GM from what I can gather. Mid 60s a-bodies likely have the same post, base, and jacking mechanism. The snap in part the rests on the bumper will be specific to Skylark.
Skylarks had both type posts. The "T" style and "tube" style. There are two handles, one for steel wheels with 3/4 lug nuts, and one for chrome wheels with 13/16 lug nuts.

Hi Rollaround,

I assume you are offering to show the original spare tire cover and fastener to Glenn.  But if you are saying you have an original spare tire cover and fastener available for sale and Glenn is not interested, I'd like to be next in line, please.  PM or email with details.

Cheers!

Chuck

Chuck, Glenn lives close by, I wanted him to be able to see the tire cover in person to better match it color. I do think I could reproduce the cover in my wood shop then spray them. If there's enough interested I could make it a winter project. I think I've seen the cup style nut/fastener on line somewhere.

Hi Rollaround.

I will see you on Wednesday for breakfast. I have a spare tire board that i need to repaint. Do need to find the large nut on top. I think CARS has them, will have to check. My trunk is in good shape, so don't plan on any upgrades there.

Glenn,

Fusick Olds has the large nut for the tire board.

Glenn,

I had the original board scanned and matched for color at Home Despots, and had a quart mixed up.
I could send you some if I knew a way to ship it -  I have way more than I'll ever need!
