Hi guys,
I did something really stupid yesterday. I went to my storage place to pick up one rear interior door panel for the silver convertible. It was in perfect original condition. I set it on top of the truck topper, locked up the storage unit and drove off. I realized what I did this morning and drove back to look for it. Found it 1 block from the storage unit in the street. It had been run over and is as flat as can be. Ruined the vinyl, cardboard, top metal lip and the chrome trim. I am sick to my stomach. Time to ask my '65 GS friends for help. Hopefully, someone with have one. Please note that the convertible top panel are different from the hardtops. Any help or leads for a complete original left rear panel would be greatly appreciated.
