The last banner was shipped yesterday. Thank you all for helping out with this project. I only ordered ten banners printed rather than fifteen as that was how many people spoke up initially. Unfortunately, two more members have since indicated that they would also like to have a banner printed for them. Therefore, if I can get eight more members to commit to get a banner printed, I can have another run of ten printed at the volume discount. Just let me know.

Thanks guys for posting the photos of the banners displayed in your shop/garage. I have attached the Buick literature which was the inspiration for having the 2' x 4' banners printed. If you will notice, there is a 2' x 16' banner also used in dealership windows. I know that this banner would be quite a bit more expensive to have printed, but if I get enough members interested, I can get a price quote for ten banners and see if there is still an interest.

Were you looking to print the full 4 panels or just the long one?

This was originally meant to stick to a showroom window.

Were you thinking of printing this in paper, vinyl again or ?

Grommets for the wall?

Fold over top with a rope to suspend at ceiling height?

I could see a vinyl, single long panel, on a rope suspended at ceiling height tied to my garage walls over my 65's.

Just an idea I know.

Price could very easily be an issue.

The 2' x 4' banner was made to be similar to those three smaller banners. I was thinking about a similar design on a 2' x 16' banner like what is also on that literature. Maybe change the type to say "The new 1965 Skylark Gran Sports are here!". Of course, it would also have the black and white checker flag and GS!. This would be printed on a vinyl banner with grommets. The cost, I would estimate, could be over $100 for each banner.

My banner was waiting for me this past Saturday when I finally got home from the road.    Put it up on Sunday, and took this photo today.

I suppose that I should also show a photo of the banner in my garage. I should explain the reason that my garage looks so sterile. We added a third car garage addition to our home. I just finished installing the cabinets and work bench. I'm using an extra hood as a bulletin board for photos.

If anyone else would like a banner printed for them, let me know. If I get eight more members interested, I can have another run of ten printed for a group discount. To the two member who would like one, I could have just two printed. However, the cost will be about $65. Send me a PM if still interested.
