Young Kids and Old Cars
« on: April 28, 2014, 12:01:00 PM »
First time drive of my 65 by my 18 year old son.  Anybody who says kids don't appreciate old cars hasn't met either of my boys, they are definitely carrying the car genes from me, and both of their grandfathers.  This was the first time he had driven an older car, as my father-in-law's insurance doesn't allow persons under 25 to drive his cars.  Fortunately, Hagerty does allow it, which is nice.

Later that day, he took his girlfriend and her mom for a drive around town.  Any doubts of him wanting an old car to play with are now officially dead.
