Now that I have a 4 speed GS, I am selling my other one. It's a numbers match, Florida car that I bought in late 2004. This is a running, drivable car needing restoration. I do have the original bill of sale, plus the original selling dealerships document envelope, albeit somewhat tattered. I'm sure that at least two rims are originals. I can check them all if there's interest.
I've attached two videos shot June 10, 2012. I can attach more photos later as time permits.
Walkaround:
Engine running:
Additional info:
It has a current registration, and I drive it whenever possible. Last spring, the timing gears, chain, cover, and water pump were replaced. There is a pesky, very slow coolant leak that I haven't found yet, but have narrowed down the possible locations. It can be driven anywhere now, since I put four nearly new tires on it last summer.
Edit: I have fixed that coolant leak by using two O-rings between the water manifold and the timing cover. Took it for a 50 miles drive today, Sept 8, 2013 with no problems. I am now using it as my daily driver until it either sells, or the snow arrives. The frame rails have absolutely no rust! Floor and trunk pans are solid, although the trunk pan shows evidence of a previous repair. Front fenders are solid, quarter panels need work. There appears to be rust under the vinyl top, and likely elsewhere on the roof and C pillars. Both bumpers are solid, with no tweaks, dents or bends. Both tail light bezels are in excellent condition, the right side has virtually no pitting.
Absolute bottom dollar price is now
$4750.00 US. Located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. If it doesn't sell, I may consider selling some parts off it, such as the almost perfect wheel well moldings.
