Bill,
  '64 and '65 are the same door with one exception. The difference is on the '64, the clip for securing the lock cylinder can be removed and installed without taking the interior door panel off.  This is due to the '64 having a slot in the inner door shell that the clip protrudes through.
Whereas the'65 it is necessary to remove the interior door panel to get access to the clip.
