'65 GS Rocker Mouldings

I have a set of Rocker Moldings that are in great shape I need to get polished/anodized for a customer. Any recommendations???? Cost???

Hi Tom,

The guy who did mine polished the outside edges and the ribs. Didn't re-anodize though, couldn't find any more local shops who did that. I think I have $75-$100 a side into them. If you want his name/contact info, let me know. You'll need to mask & repaint the black between the ribs.

They'd need to be shipped to MN.

Yes, info would be great Mark. Also, are the little metal discs still available??? I think I remember them being re-proed??? Again, any info on these discs or anyone with extras????

I spoke to a vendor at the Carlisle swap meet back in 2008 about a set that was being done for a customer..... $150 each to have them CHROMED.

    Those little metal discs can be found by contacting Restoratinn Specialties & Supply co. in PA there website is www. RESTORATIONSPECIALTIES.COM I've been buying from them for over 25 years now and never had any problems.....

I understand the disc are a smaller diameter then the 70-72 maybe same as Oldsmobile. I professional polish on rockers usually run me about $80 a side unless they are really dinged up.
re painting the ribbed area looks fun...  :angry1:
