Called the dealer and they checked the VIN. Fremont car with 'matching numbers'. Just looking at the pictures there are issues. And it's not inexpensive. But if the trim tag checks out as a 4 speed car ....

I think it is a bit over priced. As you stated Dan, a lot of things to  correct = a lot of $ on top of the purchase.
