Dear mid-60s Buick caregivers,

Hemmings email newsletter has an article on new regulations being proposed by the EPA regarding ethanol-blended fuels:

https://blog.hemmings.com/index.php/2016/10/05/epa-proposal-would-open-the-floodgates-to-ethanol-blended-fuels-above-e15/?refer=news

As far as I can tell, it doesn't make conventional gasoline any less available, but it would encourage changes at gas stations to be able to provide greater percentages of ethanol.

At the moment it doesn't look like any threat to our classics but obviously it is something to monitor.

Cheers, Edouard

They have been pushing this agenda and even offering subsidies but most fuel retailers are not jumping in.
