shifter cable for reverse lockout

Gentleman,

   I'm in need of the cable that sits inside the shifter handle for the reverse lockout. If anyone knows of one for sale or a reproduction I am interested. If not, are there any other vehicles with the muncie shifter that would work? Thank you.
