EMERGENCY - P/B Vac Tee Needed

Really need some help on this one.
I got a power brake vacuum tee that goes on the back of the carb from Jim Moses last year for Rob Keena's car.
We attempted to install that and the PB vac line last year, but ran into issues with other things and put it aside for
this year. Somewhere, I misplaced the line & tee, and can't track it down anywhere.

So I need another tee. The one we had will turn up, but I need to get this before BCA in June. So, pic attached.
Anyone have a spare? I would buy & replace whenever I find the old if that would make a deal.
