I was cleaning up the garage yesterday and noticed the spare block I have under my workbench is a an LR motor.
The guy I bought it from said it came out of a 66 GS. All the parts he had were from a 66, and I'm not sure when the motor may have been swapped.
The motor is painted green with red paint over it.
Maybe the car's still out there and the owner wants this block??
I bought the motor in Rehobeth Mass., if that's relevant.
