Title: New topics - Some things moved around a bit

First off, sorry in advance if my changes have you lost now.   ::)

I've been looking for posting patterns to group together some of the General postings. 

I've made some topic changes tonight that hopefully make sense to everyone.

I'll watch the groups and if they appear to be under used, I'll get rid of them to try and keep the board as clean as possible.

Your feedback is always welcome..

It is looking very good. I think it is getting easier to navigate around.
